for PEG use. Additionally, the organization will assist in the functional
development of the community Institutional Network for voice, video and
data.

- More and less than the print version of the PD; it
contains many good links to community sites, and other consumer sites but
does not contain all of the content of the print paper. You can search
the archive going back until August 29, 1994, to find the citations to
the articles you need, but you can only view the text of stories from the
last two weeks for free. To see other articles there is a fee. (You can
always come in and use the Library's microfilm).
