The Kenwood Depot is in a quaint setting in the a
semi-rural area in the heart of Sonoma Valley. It affords beautiful views of the surrounding hills, neighboring vineyards, and the quiet beauty of the Valley of the Moon
The Depot is beautiful and is an historical landmark. There are some restricitons on the use and type of decorations that are acceptable. Please see the rental contract for detailed information.
The Kenwood Depot is easily accessible off Highway 12. Located about 1/3 of a mile from Highway 12, on Warm Springs Road in Kenwood, it is serene and magical.
The rental fee covers the facility, tables and chairs. You must provide a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 which is obtainable through an existing homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy. A $500 security deposit is also required with the contract to reserve the space.
